This hotel is in a great location, super close to everything in the city. It's in the heart of Venice, making it the perfect base to explore. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, creating a positive atmosphere. the rooms were unexpectedly big, providing a decent amount of space.

The lack of cleanliness in the rooms, including the presence of bed bugs, was disappointing and unacceptable.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was tucked away from the busy areas but still close to some nice restaurants. As women traveling alone, we appreciated the central location and cost-effectiveness of this hostel. It provided a fabulous experience of Venice both during the day and at night. the bed and shower were nice, and the staff, including Annie and the young man, were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see.
